At Yara Shoemaker, each garment is a testament to artisanal precision and high-quality craftsmanship. To maintain these standards and the exclusivity of our collections, we adhere to a strict Final Sale policy.

 

Exchanges & Size Adjustments

We do not offer monetary refunds or store credits. All purchases are final. However, we offer a one-time size exchange exclusively for our Ready-to-Wear (RTW) collections, subject to the following conditions:

  • Notification: You must contact our Client Concierge at rtw@yarashoemaker.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a size exchange.

  • Authorization: No exchanges will be accepted without prior written authorization and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code from our team.

  • Shipment: Authorized items must be shipped back to our atelier within 7 days of approval.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in pristine, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all original tags, security seals, and luxury packaging intact.

  • Please note that shipping, return costs, and any applicable customs charges will be the customer's responsibility.

Size Availability (Ready-to-Wear Only)

  • In-Stock: If the requested size is available, your replacement will be dispatched following a successful quality inspection of the returned garment.

  • Out-of-Stock: If the desired size is not immediately available, we will inform you of the production timeframe to craft your replacement. 

Strictly Non-Exchangeable Items

The following categories are strictly Final Sale and ineligible for any form of exchange, return, or cancellation:

  • Made-to-Order & Customized Pieces: Any garment produced upon order or altered to your specific requirements is final and cannot be exchanged for a different size, as it is unique to your purchase.

  • Worn or Damaged Items: Any garment showing signs of wear, scents (perfume/smoke), make-up marks, or alterations.

  • Incomplete Returns: Items missing original branding, hangers, garment bags, or security tags.


Defective or Incorrect Items

We take immense pride in our rigorous quality control. In the extraordinary event that you receive an incorrect or manufacturing-defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Our team will prioritize your case to arrange a professional repair or a direct replacement.
