Before shipment, all YARA SHOEMAKER products undergo a thorough quality control process carried out by our team. Each item is carefully inspected in every part and detail to ensure it meets our quality standards and is in perfect condition prior to delivery.

This process allows us to guarantee the highest level of quality and minimize any potential issues or discrepancies.

 

Order Management

You are not required to manually create an account to place an order: when you make your first purchase, the system will automatically generate an account associated with your email address, where your orders, personal details, and shipping addresses will be stored. You can access your personal area at any time via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email.

Orders are processed within 48 business hours after receipt, subject to product availability and payment verification.
Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed starting from the following Monday.

Once an order for available items has been confirmed, it cannot be modified. We kindly ask you to review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders placed separately might be shipped separately.

Address Corrections: If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at rtw@yarashoemaker.com with your order number. We will do our best to update it before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to contact the local courier directly.

YARA SHOEMAKER reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times range between 3 and 5 business days. If you require your order for a specific date, please contact our team before purchasing to evaluate expedited delivery options.

EUROPE: 35€

UNITED STATES & CANADA: 100€

AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, ASIA (China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea): 150€

UAE (Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Israel): 120€

Important note: for shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the order total and will be requested by the courier according to local regulations.
This amount must be paid to the courier, in accordance with the process recommended by the courier itself.

Please also note that if, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the package, the shipping costs and any import duties related to the automatic return of the package to the sender will be charged to the customer.

 

Shipment Tracking

At the time of purchase, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow its progress.

You can always monitor the status of your shipment from your personal area.

 

Delivery & Claims

We kindly ask you to always check the integrity of the package upon delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, please accept it with reservation and specify this to the courier.
Signing with reservation allows you to file a claim even in the case of non-visible damage. Without such reservation, we will not be able to process claims or refund requests.

 

Failed Delivery

By placing an order, the customer establishes a commercial relationship with YARA SHOEMAKER and agrees to accept delivery.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons attributable to the recipient (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address, absence, failure to collect), the order will be returned to the sender.

In such cases, shipping, return costs, and any applicable customs charges will be the customer's responsibility.
