Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and demand. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery in real time.

We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In certain cases, expedited delivery may be evaluated upon request before placing your order. Please contact our team to discuss availability.

Orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also monitor your shipment through your personal account.

If your order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting your local courier directly once the package reaches your area.

All orders are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified, as our team begins processing them immediately to ensure timely delivery.
We do not offer refunds or store credits. For items from our Ready-to-Wear collections, we exclusively offer a one-time size exchange. If you wish to request a size exchange, you must contact us at rtw@yarashoemaker.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be shipped back within 10 days of delivery in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, with all security tags attached and in the original packaging.
Please note that Customized or Made-to-Order items are strictly final sale and are not eligible for size exchanges, returns, or cancellations under any circumstances, as they are crafted specifically to your unique requirements

Exchanges are exclusively permitted for size adjustments on Ready-to-Wear pieces, subject to availability. The request must be made within 3 days of delivery, and the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of authorization. If the requested size is in stock, your replacement will be shipped upon inspection of the returned garment. If the size is not immediately available, we will provide you with the estimated production timeline.

To request a size exchange for a Ready-to-Wear item, please contact our Client Concierge at rtw@yarashoemaker.com within 3 days of delivery. Our team will provide you with the necessary authorization and detailed shipping instructions. Please note that we do not offer refunds or store credits; all sales are final.

All Yara Shoemaker garments are considered Final Sale. Due to the artisanal nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds or store credits.
Exchanges are permitted exclusively for a one-time size adjustment on Ready-to-Wear items, provided the requested size is in stock.
The following items are strictly ineligible for any form of exchange or return:
- Made-to-Order or Customized pieces: these are handcrafted specifically to your requirements and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
- Items previously exchanged: we allow only one size exchange per order.
- Worn, altered, or damaged garments: items must be in pristine condition, unwashed, and without any scents or marks.
- Incomplete packaging: items missing original tags, security seals, or the original luxury boxing.
- Unauthorized returns: any item sent back without prior written authorization from our Client Concierge.

Yara Shoemaker is committed to the highest standards of artisanal quality. Each piece undergoes a rigorous quality control process before shipment. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with descriptive details and high-resolution images.
Our team will review your case promptly to provide a dedicated solution, which may include a professional repair or a replacement of the same item.

We accept a range of secure payment methods, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Where available, PayPal may offer the option to pay in interest-free installments. This option depends on your country and PayPal eligibility and will be displayed at checkout.
